Multiple Birth Association for Western Australia (MBAWA) 12 month School Aged renewal membership. This membership is valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

This membership is for a renewing MBAWA member family with school aged multiples (Nb: School Aged is from 5 years old). If you are renewing your membership and your multiples are not school aged, please select the Renewal Membership.

  • 50% discount for concession card holders (Low Income Healthcare Card, Health Care Card, Foster Child Healthcare Card, Pensioner Concession Card)
